EARN is a faith-based global initiative committed to exposing systemic injustice, uplifting survivor voices and driving meaningful, equitable reform in institutions.
We are a platform, a movement, and a community fueled by faith, built on integrity and driven by the belief that justice must serve everyone and true reform begins at home!
OUR STORY
Expose and Reform began as a private community initiative supporting public schools. The early work focused on the real, everyday unmet needs of children — the ones schools see first:
- kids arriving without clean clothes
- kids without basic hygiene support
- kids without school supplies
- kids who regularly missed meals
- kids who acted out because they were overwhelmed, scared, or unsupported
- kids whose struggles were dismissed as “bad behavior” when the root cause was trauma or neglect
The organization’s early mission was simple:
Make sure no child’s educational experience was shaped by poverty, neglect, or unmet basic needs.
But working directly with schools revealed a painful truth:
The problems didn’t start with the children, it started with the adults and the systems failing them, but the solutions and equitable change begins with the children and at home.
HOW THE MISSION EXPANDED
When Cagney Gaudiz shared her lived experience, not as a “victim,” not as someone seeking pity, but as someone offering insight and expertise — everything changed.
Cagney made one impactful statement to Expose and Reform:
“If someone had stepped in at school, or if my community had been structured to notice the signs, I would not have fallen into the hands of traffickers. I was once one of the kids you’re trying to protect, and I can show you what these signs look like before it is too late.”
Her testimony reframed Expose and Reform forever. This wasn’t just about helping children, it was about confronting the systems, including the adults and institutions, that fail to protect them. So, in June 2025, it was officially announced that Cagney Gaudiz would become the new founder and CEO of Expose and Reform, responsible for expanding the mission into a survivor-centered, systems-accountability, reform-driven organization. In November 2025, Expose and Reform rebranded and adopted a new name: Expose and Reform Now (EARN).
OUR VISION
We envision a world where silence is no longer a tool of control and where every individual, regardless of background or circumstance, can seek justice without fear, shame, confusion, or retaliation.
We are guided by a core truth:
Shame creates silence, and silence protects abusers and unjust systems. Across families, institutions, and governments, abuse persists not because it is hidden, but because people are conditioned to stay quiet. EARN works to dismantle the forces that enable harm.
Our vision is a community of informed, empowered individuals who stand with:
- Faith over fear
- Empowerment over silence
- Knowledge over confusion
- Preparedness over helplessness
- Dignity over shame
We aim to build a society where:
✅ Accountability is THE standard
✅ Transparency and Justice is non-negotiable
✅ No one navigates systems alone
OUR VALUES
Integrity & Morality
We operate with honesty, transparency, and an unwavering commitment to truth.
Accountability
We support ethical and lawful accountability not retaliation, escalation, or harm.
Survivor Leadership
Those closest to the problem must lead the reform. Lived experience is expertise.
Education as Empowerment
Knowledge dismantles manipulation. We make rights-based education accessible, accurate, and trauma-informed.
Courageous Transparency
We confront uncomfortable truths about familial abuse, agency misconduct, and systemic failures.
