Submission & Consent Agreement

By submitting content to Expose and Reform™, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following legally binding terms:

1. Truth and Accuracy

You affirm that all information, evidence, documents, claims, and representations submitted are true, accurate, and based on factual events to the best of your knowledge.

Knowingly submitting false, manipulated, or misleading information constitutes fraud and may result in civil legal action, including but not limited to defamation, reputational harm, and compensatory damages.

2. Consent to Publish

You grant Expose and Reform™ an irrevocable, royalty-free license to review, publish, publicly display, and comment on your submission for the purpose of exposure, truth-telling, advocacy, and educational use.

We reserve the right to edit for clarity, redact identifying information if necessary, or refuse to publish any content without explanation.

3. No Right to Compensation

You waive all rights to payment, royalties, or reimbursement now or in the future for any content submitted or published. You are voluntarily offering your story for public interest purposes.

4. Legal Responsibility

You accept all legal responsibility for the truthfulness and implications of your submission. You understand that if your information causes harm or is proven false, Expose and Reform™ is not responsible and may pursue civil action against you.

5. Waiver of Claims

By submitting, you agree to waive any claims against Expose and Reform™, its founders, editors, or volunteers for publishing your story, unless it is proven that we knowingly published false or defamatory material without basis.

6. No Harassment

Expose and Reform™ will not tolerate submissions intended to incite harassment, stalking, or threats against any party. Submissions designed to target individuals with malice or without lawful purpose will be rejected and reported.

7. Ethical Boundaries

Expose and Reform™ is a private, independent collective of survivors and whistleblowers, including attorneys, doctors, therapists, ministers, and professionals bound by ethical and moral values. While we are credentialed in various fields, we do not offer services for hire through this platform. Our purpose is to expose systemic corruption, educate the public on their rights, and help people reach safety without governmental surveillance or retaliation. We do not absorb legal consequences for the actions or decisions of others.

8. Agreement to Policies

By checking the box and submitting your content, you confirm that you have read and agree to:

Refund & Service Policy

Expose and Reform™ operates on a mission-first model. Any services offered (case reviews, consultations, content creation, exposure efforts, or collaborations) are governed by the following terms:

1. No Guarantees of Outcome

We do not and cannot guarantee any legal outcome, social media reach, media coverage, or institutional accountability from publishing or reviewing your case.

2. All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all service fees, donations, or consulting charges are final and non-refundable.

3. Rejection or Termination of Service

We reserve the right to deny or cancel service at any time if:

  • The content appears falsified, incoherent, or unverifiable
  • The user violates our Terms & Conditions
  • The relationship becomes unethical, unsafe, or misaligned with our mission

In such cases, services may be paused, declined, or terminated without refund.

4. Payment Disputes

Any disputes over charges must be submitted in writing to exposeandreform@proton.me within 5 (five) business days of the transaction.
