Leadership Transition and Rebrand in Progress

In June 2025, Cagney Gaudiz stepped in as Founder and led the organization through its transition and rebranding to EARN. As the organization enters its next phase, ownership will transition to Jason Miles as Founder and Emely Smith as Chief Executive Officer. They will guide the organization forward, including the introduction of a new name and brand direction.
